NEW: Solo Ad Wizard
Release date: 21st August, 2015
Website: CONTAINS VIRUS!
UPDATE November 2015: My antivirus program detected a threat when I just tried to visit the Solo Ad Wizard website, so I have removed the URL from this post.
I have to say, I really like the look of this site. The thing is, any good internet marketer knows this, and uses it to their advantage. However, I have to confess, any product with the name Wizard in it seems a bit gimmicky to me. But that picture of the wizard is funny, and it really does look great.
What is Solo Ad Wizard?
Many people will tell you that the most effective way to do internet marketing is with an email list. The problem is, how do you build that email list quickly? One method is using solo ads. This is where you get another email marketer with an established list to send an email to his/her list on your behalf. Solo Ad Wizard says it will show you everything you need to know to do this successfully.
The first module explains what solo ads are. The second module gives you a sales plan. The third module gets into using mind maps. The fourth module looks at how to source your list. Module 5 destroys some guru myths. Module 6 gives you a master plan. All the way through to module 9 which talks about cold lead conversions.
Is Solo Ad Wizard a Scam?
$25 is not very much to spend to learn about how to build a profitable email list. That being said, you should be careful about how much to expect from a course like this. Also, if you scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Affiliates” link, you will see that it mentions that there is an upsell.
An upsell is when you immediately get hit for a one-time offer for another product immediately after purchasing the main product. Personally, I consider this an underhand tactic, because it implies that the main product is not enough in itself for you to succeed. It also means that the sales page is not being transparent about the costs involved.
Ultimately though, this is sold through ClickBank, which always offers 60 day money back guarantees on all its products. However, often people can have a hard time getting refunds from ClickBank products. It just depends whether you want to risk $25 to learn more about how to build your email list.
Is There an Alternative?
Instead of chasing after “shiny objects” like this that promise you will make money quickly and easily but rarely live up to that promise, why don’t you build a great website that earns you money? If you are new to making money online, I can guide you through the process. CLICK HERE to get started
